What do I need to run dropline Gnome?
- dropline Gnome Requires:
- At least an Intel Pentium Pro Processor, 300MHz or faster i686 processor recomended.
- At least 128MBs of RAM, 256 Recomended.
- 1GB of free space on the hard drive.
- A Linux supported video card.
- Slackware 10.1*
- dropline GNOME works with the default Slackware kernel. However, certain features like Auto-Mounting will not work, unless a 2.6 series kernel to be installed and in use. For instructions on how to update your kernel, try this guide: Updating a Slackware Kernel
- dropline GNOME is compiled on Slackware 10.2 for i686 processors. It will not work properly, or at all on older versions of Slackware or on Slackware Current. It will also not function on processors that are not fully i686 compatable.
- * Older versions of dropline GNOME are available for older versions of Slackware.
